Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all mechanical equipment involved in beverage production and operations.
- Ensure the safe, continuous, and stable operation of the entire production line to minimize downtime.
- Conduct independent routine equipment inspections, precise parts replacement, rapid troubleshooting, and complex mechanical repairs.
- Specialize in the maintenance of waterline machinery, including bottle filling machines, blow molding machines, labeling equipment, and packaging machines.
- Maintain compliance with established mechanical structures and industry safety standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in beverage production machinery, specifically filling, blowing, labeling, and packaging lines.
- Solid technical skills, deep mechanical aptitude, and extensive practical troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure to resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, structures, and related operational standards.
