We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy After-Sales Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. This on-site Industrial Training (IT) or SIWES placement is specifically designed for undergraduate engineering students eager to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world renewable energy applications. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining invaluable exposure to cutting-edge energy systems, technical troubleshooting, and customer service excellence within the booming Nigerian power sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable frontline technical support and assist in troubleshooting after-sales issues for various renewable energy and power systems.
- Conduct routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments on installed equipment.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, proper product usage guidelines, and general operational assistance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document client issues, track resolution metrics, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Participate in on-site installation guidance, equipment testing, and maintenance operations as required.
- Current undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Actively seeking an official Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) placement or Industrial Training (IT) opportunity.
- Demonstrated theoretical knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and energy technologies.
- Willing and available to work on-site at our Nigerian facility on a regular basis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
