About the Role
Godrej Consumer Products Limited, a global FMCG leader in home and personal care, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Maintenance Manager to join our operations in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee all production operations, develop best-in-class sourcing processes, and implement manufacturing strategies to support our iconic brands such as Good knight, Cinthol, and Darling.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and monitor the manufacturing strategy for Mega Growth, Power Shot, Tura Soap, and Darling brands.
- Manage all production operations and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of manufacturing activities.
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop best-in-class sourcing processes for Capex, machinery, and spares.
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and employee engagement to build an agile, customer-centric manufacturing organization.
- Oversee product quality inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Create comprehensive reports on production activities, work orders, and inventory levels.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience with relevant enterprise software such as SAP MM.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
