Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventative inspections on all mechanical equipment involved in beverage manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues swiftly to minimize production downtime.
- Execute equipment repairs, component overhauls, and parts replacements independently and accurately.
- Ensure the safe, stable, and continuous operation of all factory production lines in compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a beverage or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of mechanical structures, industrial machinery, and engineering standards.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults independently.
- Possession of relevant technical certifications, trade test certificates, or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
