We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to oversee our Topra (Dongfang) printing machine operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will ensure optimal machine performance, maintain high safety standards, and contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor the Topra (Dongfang) printing machine efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct routine machine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure printed materials meet strict quality control standards and client specifications.
- Adhere strictly to factory safety guidelines and operational protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production logs and waste reports daily.
- Proven hands-on experience operating Topra or Dongfang printing machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong preference given to candidates with relevant experience in the corrugation and carton manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of printing processes, ink management, and machine calibration.
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow detailed production instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
