Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor nylon and polythene processing and production machinery efficiently.
- Set up machines and adjust operating parameters accurately according to precise production specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate production logs, recording daily output, downtime, and material usage.
- Minimize material wastage proactively while optimizing overall machine efficiency and workflow.
- Follow strict production schedules consistently to meet and exceed daily output targets.
- Ensure absolute compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams to resolve issues.
- Report machine breakdowns, mechanical defects, and production bottlenecks promptly to relevant personnel.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification; relevant technical certifications will be a distinct advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating machines within nylon, polythene, plastic, packaging, or related manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated technical expertise with nylon and polythene processing equipment and machinery.
- Solid understanding of industrial production processes, workflow optimization, and machine safety protocols.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and achieve demanding production targets.
