About the Role
Atlas Copco, a global leader in sustainable productivity solutions, is looking for a dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the primary technical contact for our clients, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our industry-leading equipment while driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct planned and ad hoc site visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues swiftly to prevent costly downtime and operational delays.
- Perform professional installations, enforce safety compliance, and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Act as the primary on-site contact, offering expert service recommendations and promptly resolving client inquiries.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager regarding field service activities and equipment performance.
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant equivalent field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with CTS-related products, including the overhaul and repair of compressors, air dryers, generators, and lighting towers.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical systems, and Elektronikon modules.
