About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator and Supervisor to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in concrete road construction.
Key Responsibilities- Operating and setting up WIRTGEN slipform pavers using both offset and inset methods, specifically models SP 61(i), SP 62(i), SP 64(i), and TCM180.
- Coordinating workflows and collaborating closely with the concrete crew, surveying team, and site management.
- Monitoring paving quality, machine performance, and strict adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Performing routine maintenance, servicing, and comprehensive fault checks on heavy machinery.
- Documenting operational performance, machine malfunctions, and facilitating seamless shift handoffs.
- Ensuring timely, efficient, and safe construction site operations from planning to completion.
- Relevant technical training such as construction equipment operator, road builder, concrete worker, or machinery mechatronics technician; comparable practical experience will be considered.
- Proven hands-on experience operating heavy construction machinery, ideally with WIRTGEN slipform pavers.
- Solid understanding of machine controls, hydraulics, and basic surveying principles.
- Valid operator certification, driver's license, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) training.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, outdoors, and across various construction sites.
- High safety-consciousness, reliability, strong teamwork capabilities, and a meticulous work ethic.
