As part of our ongoing expansion program, we are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Bored Pile Plant Engineer with a strong background in foundation engineering and heavy machinery maintenance. In this vital role, you will ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our advanced piling rigs and support equipment, directly contributing to the successful execution of our civil engineering projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Bored Pile Plant Engineer, you will play a hands-on role in keeping our heavy machinery operational and efficient. Your core duties will include:
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance planning for all rotary piling rigs and heavy equipment.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and automation faults.
- Maintaining critical machine components including Kelly bar systems, winches, hoisting systems, gearboxes, and power train systems.
- Calibrating and monitoring drilling monitoring systems, PLC and control systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to identify issues and implement prompt corrective actions.
- Minimizing operational downtime through proactive equipment care and effective repair strategies.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity with Jite Projekts Limited, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining piling and foundation equipment.
- Demonstrated expertise working with major industry equipment brands such as Soilmec, Bauer, Casagrande, Mait, SANY, Junttan, Llamada, IMT, and Liebherr.
- Proven ability to execute electrical fault diagnostics and resolve integrated hydraulic-mechanical-electrical issues.
- Familiarity with OEM diagnostic software and advanced preventive maintenance management systems.
