As part of our strategic expansion programme, we are currently seeking a skilled Piling Supervisor to join our dynamic site operations team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all piling and deep foundation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily piling and deep foundation operations on site to ensure adherence to strict engineering specifications and timelines.
- Manage critical site processes including pile sequencing, borehole cleaning, and precise reinforcement installation.
- Oversee tremie concreting operations to guarantee structural integrity and prevent foundation defects.
- Track daily production metrics, monitor resource allocation, and report progress to project management.
- Coordinate site logistics, equipment deployment, and material handling to maintain seamless operational workflow.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental compliance across all construction and engineering activities.
- Proven practical experience in piling supervision and deep foundation engineering projects.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of pile sequencing, borehole preparation, and reinforcement cage placement.
- Demonstrated expertise in tremie concreting techniques and quality control standards.
- Strong background in construction site logistics, resource tracking, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
