Key Responsibilities- Operate production and industrial machines safely and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Monitor ongoing machine performance and inspect production output for quality assurance.
- Conduct routine machine checks, maintenance, and basic cleaning procedures.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report machine faults or operational abnormalities promptly.
- Ensure all manufactured products meet required company and industry quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in compliance with company policy.
- Work flexible shifts and overtime when required by operational demands.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or industrial environment.
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge with strong troubleshooting abilities.
