About the Role

Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS) is a leading indigenous non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to qualitative healthcare, education, and economic strengthening services across Nigeria. Through our impactful projects, we collaborate with health facility teams and government stakeholders to deliver comprehensive health solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented M&E Associate to join our dynamic team and support strategic information and data management activities for our health programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support for data entry, cleaning, and overall management activities to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist program teams in the timely preparation and submission of routine data reports.
  • Support facility and state teams in conducting rigorous, basic data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain secure, organized data files and documentation for all strategic information (SI) activities.
  • Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, ensuring seamless integration of services across HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platforms.
  • Contribute to the progressive transfer of project functions to the ownership of the Government of Nigeria.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a first degree or HND in Statistics, Public Health, Demography, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven professional experience in data management or monitoring and evaluation support roles within the health sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic data management practices, data collection tools, and routine health information systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced non-profit environment.
