About the Role

Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS) is a leading indigenous non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to qualitative healthcare, education, and economic strengthening services across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an M&E Assistant under our PEPFAR-supported health initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting routine data management, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the successful implementation of comprehensive healthcare programs that positively impact communities in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support routine data entry and comprehensive data management activities for health programs.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate data collection tools, registers, and documentation for the Strategic Information (SI) unit.
  • Support basic data compilation and generation for periodic reporting purposes.
  • Provide reliable logistical support for Strategic Information related activities, workshops, and stakeholder trainings.
  • Deliver against approved milestone plans and quarterly performance targets, integrating data services across HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platforms.
  • Ensure proper physical and digital filing, archiving, and documentation of program data and reports.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a first degree or HND in Statistics, Public Health, Demography, or a related quantitative or health-related field.
  • At least one (1) year of demonstrable professional experience in a data support or monitoring and evaluation role within a non-profit or health sector setting.
  • Working knowledge of basic data entry practices, database management, and health information systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of reliability, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
