About the Role
Novel Alliance for Development Aid (NADA) is a national humanitarian and development NGO registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission. Founded in 2017 in Maiduguri, Borno State, NADA provides integrated humanitarian services to crisis-affected communities across Northeast and Northwest Nigeria. To streamline procurement, NADA invites qualified and reputable companies, businesses, and service providers to register as approved vendors for the supply of goods and provision of services.
Key ResponsibilitiesApproved vendors will be admitted into NADA's official database to participate in future competitive procurement processes across various categories:
- Category A: Supply of Office Stationery, Consumables & Equipment
- Category B: ICT Equipment, Software & Support Services
- Category C: Printing, Publishing & Branding Services
- Category D: Vehicle Hire, Logistics, Maintenance & Fuel Supply
- Category E: Hotel, Accommodation, Event Management & Catering
- Category F: Construction, Rehabilitation & Facility Maintenance
- Category G: WASH Supplies, NFIs, Dignity Kits & Training Materials
- Category H: Medical, Health & Pharmaceutical Supplies
- Category I: Security Services & Equipment
- Category J: Training, Consultancy & Capacity-Building Services
- Category K: Financial & Courier/Freight Services
Interested vendors must submit the following mandatory documents for evaluation and prequalification:
- CAC Certificate or Business Registration Certificate
- Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), where applicable
- Comprehensive Company or Business Profile
- Evidence of relevant past experience and previous similar services
- Verified business address and valid contact details
- Valid corporate bank account details
- Relevant industry licences or certifications, where applicable
Successful applicants will gain official inclusion in NADA's approved vendor database, receiving direct invitations to tender for humanitarian projects, build long-term institutional partnerships, and expand commercial reach across Nigeria.
