Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily retail store operations, floor performance, visual merchandising, and inventory control to maintain luxury brand standards.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, budgets, and promotional activities to maximize revenue and store profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze retail trends, and implement corrective actions for underperforming product lines.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the retail team, fostering a culture of high performance, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints swiftly and collaborate with buyers, vendors, and senior management to support overall business growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in retail management, specifically within the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and sales target execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern retail management software, coupled with strong data analysis skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with relevant professional certifications acting as an added advantage.
