Extramileage Consults Limited, a leading full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company operating across Nigeria, is seeking a polished and professional Lounge Waitress. In this role, you will be the face of our client's upscale establishment, providing top-tier customer service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable, high-end dining and lounge experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, presenting menus and offering expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff while accommodating special dietary requests.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently with strict adherence to fine-dining etiquette and presentation standards.
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and welcoming station throughout the shift, clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with grace and professionalism, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours.
- Process payments accurately and handle point-of-sale systems securely.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant waitress experience working in a fine-dining restaurant, upscale lounge, or premium hospitality setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Impeccable personal grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calmness and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the establishment.
- High school diploma or equivalent professional certification in hospitality management is an added advantage.
