About the Role
Lulus Lounge & Nightclub is a premier nightlife and entertainment destination located along Airport Road in Lugbe, Abuja. We specialize in creating energetic nights out through vibrant music, dancing, premium drinks, and exciting themed events that bring people together to celebrate. We are currently looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Lounge & Nightclub Manager to lead our venue operations, elevate guest experiences, and accelerate revenue growth. If you deeply understand the Abuja nightlife scene and possess the operational expertise to balance high-end hospitality with sound business management, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily club operations, ensuring uncompromising standards of customer service, venue safety, and overall presentation.
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise bar, floor service, security, and entertainment personnel.
- Plan and flawlessly execute themed nights and high-energy events featuring DJs, live performers, and promoters, including our popular Exotic Fridays and karaoke nights.
- Drive weekly sales targets, manage VIP reservations, maximize event turnout, and implement strategies for repeat customer growth.
- Oversee inventory, stock purchasing, cash handling, and operational expenses to minimize shrinkage and protect venue profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VIP guests, external promoters, beverage vendors, and local partners.
- Monitor nightly sales metrics, resolve operational issues promptly, and provide actionable performance reports to venue ownership.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in nightclub, lounge, bar, or hospitality management.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, revenue growth, cost containment, and event management.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abuja hospitality and nightlife market; an existing local network of promoters and vendors is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and crisis-management skills.
- Flexibility to maintain a demanding schedule, including late nights, weekends, and high-traffic event days.
- Competitive and negotiable monthly salary ranging from N300,000 to N500,000 based on direct experience.
