We are currently looking for a dynamic Lounge Manager to lead our lounge operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience.
- Manage, train, and mentor lounge staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional events, drive foot traffic, and increase revenue.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all lounge areas.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports regarding sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Lounge Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management, inventory control, and POS systems.
