About the Role
Emmix Global Limited offers premier consultancy on conceptualization, development, and project management services for independent hotel, restaurant, and bar owners. We are currently looking for a dynamic Logistics Team Lead to oversee our delivery and logistics operations, ensuring products reach our clients safely, on time, and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily furniture deliveries and dispatch schedules to meet client timelines.
- Supervise drivers, delivery assistants, loaders, and installation support personnel, fostering high productivity and safety.
- Design efficient delivery routes using navigation tools to minimize travel time, fuel costs, and potential delays.
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance, fuel tracking, fleet compliance, and general roadworthiness.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, access requirements, and resolve any transit issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of dispatches, returns, completed installations, and prepare regular logistics reports.
- Ensure fragile furniture and hospitality assets are properly loaded, secured, transported, and installed without damage.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch operations, or fleet management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of supervising field teams and drivers.
- Familiarity with local Nigerian transport routes and delivery planning best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
