About the Role
Hope Payment Service Bank Limited (Hope PSBank), Nigeria's premier digital-first bank, is looking for a dynamic and visionary Head Enterprise Risk Management to join our executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of our corporate strategy, champion innovative business process transformations, and provide critical data-driven insights to executive management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the formulation, execution, and continuous refinement of the Bank's corporate strategy in alignment with long-term objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management by providing data-driven insights, advanced market analysis, and macroeconomic forecasting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and cost-optimization initiatives tied to strategic business goals.
- Lead comprehensive business process reviews, digital improvements, and governance oversight for major enterprise products and solutions.
- Manage strategic projects and programs, ensuring effective planning, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.
- Mentor, develop, and guide strategy and business analysis team members to foster capability development and operational excellence.
- Minimum of a university degree or HND in Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
- An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably within the Nigerian financial services or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in advanced data tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
