About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Logistics Specialist III to provide subject matter expertise to our operating teams. In this role, you will support the delivery of safe, reliable, and cost-efficient logistics services across aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation, and camp services throughout our Nigerian operations.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize helicopter and fixed-wing transportation in close collaboration with the Aviation and Procurement teams.
- Ensure all logistics activities strictly comply with company processes, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise for remote, onshore, and offshore logistics operations, including marine support, commissioning, material transfers, and critical start-up activities.
- Participate actively in emergency preparedness planning, regular training sessions, and safety drills.
- Deliver comprehensive technical and functional logistics support across various business operations.
- Make sound, rapid operational decisions within established parameters to maintain project momentum and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder-management skills tailored for diverse corporate and field environments.
- Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of logistics technologies, applications, industry terminology, and operational procedures.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, adaptability, and applied-learning skills.
- Prior working experience in logistics, SSHE management, critical operations, maintenance management, and/or marine operations is a distinct advantage.
