About the Role
Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited is a leading indigenous multidisciplinary organization offering premier Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation services within the dynamic oil and gas sector. We are currently looking for a talented and driven Logistics Specialist III to join our maritime operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of complex logistics, supply chain, and marine support operations, directly contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability in offshore service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily logistics and general marine operations to ensure efficiency and continuity.
- Oversee critical operations, maintenance management, and unit-specific technology deployments.
- Ensure strict adherence to Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) management policies and operational standards.
- Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Apply strong analytical capabilities to solve operational challenges, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly to shifting project demands.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Demonstrated thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required for maritime logistics.
- Exceptional behavioral skills including adaptability, analytical capability, applied learning, and effective communication.
- Strong functional expertise in SSHE management, operations and maintenance, and general marine logistics.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships across organizations.
