Key Responsibilities- Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily preparation and service of food items across various kitchen sections.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently to the highest quality and presentation standards set by the hotel.
- Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen workspace in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and properly store ingredients to minimize food waste and spoilage.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and F&B service staff to ensure seamless restaurant operations during peak service hours.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of culinary experience in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or upscale dining establishment.
- Relevant culinary school certification or formal training in food preparation and kitchen management.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
