Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure seamless supply chain management and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage strategic relationships with carriers, suppliers, and external logistics partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to elevate overall logistics performance.
- Drive automation, technology adoption, and process optimization across warehouse and transport networks.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive logistics budgets while driving cost-efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations within a leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international shipping compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
