About the Role

New Incentives is a US-based nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives in developing countries by implementing health-related cash transfer programs. Operating across Nigeria, we provide conditional cash transfers to encourage pregnant women with at-risk pregnancies to follow vital medical advice and ensure their children are born healthy. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Logistics Officer (Asset) to manage our organization's assets, inventory storage, and the seamless distribution of field supplies to clinics and Local Government Areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engagement opportunities with religious and community leaders to build goodwill for our programs.
  • Procure, verify, and upload field supplies and ORS sachets into the distribution application while adhering to strict quality assurance and expiry date protocols.
  • Distribute field supplies efficiently to assigned LGAs and clinics, maintaining proper storage conditions and minimum stock levels.
  • Coordinate asset management, retrieval, and issuance for staff members, ensuring accountability across all inventories.
  • Ensure all storage facilities meet strict security, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining readiness for internal audits.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Social Science, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the NGO sector.
  • Must be a Nigerian national currently based in Kano, Dutse LGA in Jigawa, or the Funtua, Malum-fashi, and Bakori axis in Katsina.
  • Fluent in English and Hausa, with strong verbal and written communication skills in local dialects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, mobile technology, and inventory management applications.
