Joes & Eves is currently recruiting a dynamic and hardworking Logistics Manifester for our esteemed client in the agricultural and food processing sector. In this vital warehouse role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that raw materials and finished products are efficiently managed, sorted, and prepared for distribution. We are looking for reliable individuals who are eager to build a career in supply chain management and operations within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical sourcing, inspection, and receiving of agricultural produce and food items at the warehouse.
- Perform meticulous sorting and grading operations to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Handle accurate packaging, labelling, and manifestation of goods for seamless dispatch and logistics tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
- Minimum of an SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not compulsory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be exceptionally hardworking, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new operational processes and adapt to a demanding warehouse setting.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable standing or performing manual tasks in a production environment.
