In this vital warehouse role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that raw materials and finished products are efficiently managed, sorted, and prepared for distribution. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical sourcing, inspection, and receiving of agricultural produce and food items at the warehouse.
  • Perform meticulous sorting and grading operations to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Handle accurate packaging, labelling, and manifestation of goods for seamless dispatch and logistics tracking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not compulsory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must be exceptionally hardworking, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new operational processes and adapt to a demanding warehouse setting.
  • Must be physically fit and comfortable standing or performing manual tasks in a production environment.
