We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee our client's supply chain and distribution operations. In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless execution of logistics strategies, drive cost-effective solutions, and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance across all transport and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations.
- Supervise fleet operations, negotiate contracts with transport providers, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Monitor stock levels, implement inventory best practices, and coordinate regular warehouse audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and evaluate logistics personnel to achieve high performance and safety targets.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics performance reports and ensure adherence to local and international shipping regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within the Nigerian market.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and modern logistics tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor relations.
