About the Role
Sundry Foods Limited is a leading food services company in Nigeria, operating renowned quick-service restaurant brands such as Kilimanjaro Restaurants, Pizza Jungle, and Nibbles Bakery with over 100 branches nationwide. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our growing supply chain team. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency, ensuring that our fresh ingredients and materials are seamlessly managed, stored, and distributed to support our continuous nationwide expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all stock requisitions, material distribution, and proper storage of goods within the central store facility.
- Oversee the accurate receipt and issuance of goods, ensuring the right quantity, quality, time, place, and price.
- Coordinate transportation operations to guarantee timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of supplies to various restaurant branches.
- Plan, coordinate, and actively monitor the entire movement chain of goods from external suppliers to internal retail units.
- Accurately post all received and transferred materials into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and report critical stock positions to the Head of Supply Chain Management on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all procurement documentation for supplier payments is processed and forwarded to the buyers and accounts department promptly.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics operations, preferably within the food and beverage or QSR industry.
- Strong technical proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing enterprise ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for operational accuracy.
