We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Officer (NYSC / Fresher) to join our growing team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments efficiently to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and work proactively to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in preparing accurate shipping and export documentation in compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise professionally with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and clearing agents.
  • Track containers and provide regular, up-to-date shipment status reports to management.
  • Maintain comprehensive logistics records and digital filing systems.
  • Support inventory and warehouse coordination activities to optimize stock movement.
  • Ensure full compliance with company operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed logistics reports and handle general administrative documentation as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Currently serving NYSC members or recent graduates looking for an entry-level opportunity.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Prior knowledge or internship experience in shipping, import/export processes, or freight operations is an added advantage.
