We are currently looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Logistic and Delivery Success Manager to join our vibrant team and ensure seamless order fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle, supervise, and oversee end-to-end customer order deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with reliable third-party logistics companies across Lagos.
- Utilize advanced order tracking systems to monitor shipments, resolve transit issues, and maintain high delivery success rates.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service and ecommerce teams to address delivery inquiries and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate logs of logistics operations and generate periodic performance reports for management review.
- Must be computer literate and possess a very hands-on approach to daily operational management.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, ecommerce fulfillment, or delivery management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills to manage logistics partners effectively.
- Must currently reside within the Ipaja, Baruwa, or Ayobo axis to ensure ease of transportation and punctuality.
