About the Role
Greywood Hotels & Apartments is situated in a serene and well-secured environment, dedicated to providing clean, comfortable accommodation to corporate professionals and leisure guests alike. We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Driver to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting guests, staff, and goods safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and representing our brand with utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport guests, staff, and hotel items to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Conduct routine checks on vehicle conditions including fuel, oil, tires, and brakes, promptly reporting any maintenance needs.
- Strictly follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations to ensure absolute passenger and vehicle safety.
- Assist guests courteously with luggage during pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and daily trips.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front desk and management regarding guest transport schedules.
- Handle minor vehicle maintenance and coordinate with mechanics for major repairs as necessary.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, such as insurance and registration, remains valid and current.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by hotel management.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and deep familiarity with local routes.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Good time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading luggage and hotel supplies.
