About the Role
Castville Solutions is currently recruiting skilled and dedicated Locum Pharmacists for immediate resumption across our partner branches on the Lagos Mainland (Gbagada, Yaba, Surulere, Ogudu) and Island (Victoria Island, Lekki, Chevron). This is an exciting shift-based opportunity (Day and Night) designed for pharmacy professionals looking for flexible, rewarding assignments with competitive compensation in top-tier retail pharmacies and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
- Provide professional counseling regarding proper medication usage, side effects, and dosages.
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications and inventory levels.
- Monitor drug stock levels proactively and report shortages to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and prescription requests professionally and courteously.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with health regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).
- Must possess a valid and current Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) license.
- Previous retail or hospital pharmacy experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
