We're looking for a dedicated Lobby Host to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
As our Lobby Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You'll greet visitors warmly, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure seamless guest flow throughout our restaurant. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality will be essential in maintaining Tastia's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage and organize table reservations efficiently
- Coordinate seating arrangements based on guest preferences and table availability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment
- Respond to guest inquiries with knowledge and courtesy
- Liaise between front-of-house and kitchen staff for optimal service flow
- Handle guest concerns with tact and escalate issues when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-of-house roles
