About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a dynamic investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance services. We are currently looking for a results-driven and experienced Personal & SME Loan Officer to join our growing team in Lagos State. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating financial growth for our clients by carefully evaluating creditworthiness, processing loan applications, and guiding borrowers through our seamless lending procedures while maintaining healthy risk ratios.
Key Responsibilities- Review incoming personal and SME loan requests thoroughly.
- Assess clients financial status, income levels, and debt-to-income ratios.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and analyze potential financial risks.
- Contact clients to gather necessary financial data, supporting documents, and verifications.
- Make informed decisions to approve or reject loan applications based on company policies.
- Set up structured payment plans and schedules for disbursed loans.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all loan applications and customer files.
- Follow up proactively with clients regarding loan renewals and account management.
- Monitor the repayment progress of existing loans to minimize non-performing assets.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Loan Officer in the Nigerian financial sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in Personal and SME lending products and procedures.
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse clients.
- Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
