We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Loan Disbursement and Recovery Officer to facilitate seamless lending operations for our esteemed clients by thoroughly assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate loan requests, carefully assessing clients’ financial status and creditworthiness.
- Analyze associated risks to make informed decisions regarding the approval or rejection of loan applications.
- Contact clients proactively to gather necessary financial data, documentation, and missing information.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding loan renewals and monitor the ongoing progress of active loans.
- Ensure all loan applications strictly adhere to company guidelines, internal credit policies, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the entire lending and recovery lifecycle.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification, with relevant certifications or advanced education being an added advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, Loan Disbursement Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk accurately.
