Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Literature in English lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the curriculum.
- Encourage critical thinking and analytical skills through the study of diverse literary texts, poems, and dramas.
- Evaluate and assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom management to create a positive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.
- Participate in school-sponsored academic and extracurricular activities, contributing to the holistic development of students.
- Possession of a B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. in English, Literature, or a closely related relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of active classroom teaching experience in a reputable educational institution.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with students.
