Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Literature, Government, and Christian Religious Studies (CRS).
- Develop instructional resources and student-centered learning activities to enhance comprehension and analytical skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Prepare students adequately for internal examinations and external certification assessments.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities to support holistic student development.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), or Master of Science/Arts (M.Sc / M.A.) in Education or relevant specialized disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary or advanced educational institution.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum for Literature, Government, and CRS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Basic ICT proficiency to support modern digital teaching methodologies.
