- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline. A relevant Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in the gaming or sports betting industry, with significant senior management tenure.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, financial profitability, and operational excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning expertise, financial management skills, and exceptional leadership capabilities.
