About the Role
Golden Bell's Multi Concepts (GBMC) Limited, a premier hospitality consulting and management firm, is seeking a professional and vigilant Night Duty Manager to join our dynamic team in Peter Odili, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In this critical operational role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service delivery, safety, and administrative efficiency during the night shift, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and secure experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all night-shift operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, hospitality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage front desk operations, guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any guest complaints or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Supervise night staff, including security personnel, housekeeping, and front office agents, providing guidance and performance oversight.
- Conduct regular property walk-throughs to inspect facility cleanliness, security, and maintenance needs.
- Prepare comprehensive night audit reports and handovers for the day management team.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or a supervisory customer service role.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication abilities with fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
