Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely food delivery.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste during daily operations.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance when necessary.
