About the Role
Tetra Maritime is a leading Nigerian ship owner and operator, providing comprehensive and tailor-made solutions across the oil and gas supply chain, including upstream, midstream, and downstream. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Analyst, Crewing Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless coordination of vessel and crew operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end crew changes, mobilisation, and demobilisation activities safely and efficiently.
- Manage comprehensive travel itineraries, domestic and international flights, and airport assistance.
- Arrange secure hotel accommodations, local ground transportation, and offshore boat transfers.
- Process and monitor Temporary Work Permits (TWP) and relevant immigration documentation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to technical and stores functions.
- Handle emergency and last-minute crew replacements with composure and precision.
- Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies, Transport and Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in crewing, marine operations, ship management, or maritime logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong administrative, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
