We are currently recruiting a professional CCTV Operative (CCTV Controller) to monitor our client's electronic security systems, ensuring maximum protection for guests, staff, and facilities within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras across guest areas, entrances, and back-of-house facilities to detect suspicious activities.
- Guide patrol officers to incident locations in real-time and coordinate effective emergency responses.
- Retrieve, archive, and protect video footage to support internal investigations while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Operate video management systems, digital recording equipment, and electronic access controls.
- Submit daily surveillance reports and immediately escalate security breaches to management.
- National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Security Management, IT, Criminology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven CCTV monitoring experience within a hotel, corporate organization, or similar high-standard environment.
- Relevant certifications in CCTV operations, fire safety, or occupational health are a strong advantage.
