In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our facility, ensuring that all visitors, clients, and staff enjoy a seamless, secure, and pleasant vertical transit experience.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the elevator safely and efficiently to transport passengers between floors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting elderly visitors, individuals with disabilities, and families with young children.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly elevator cabin at all times.
- Greet passengers courteously, answering basic inquiries and providing clear directions within the building.
- Monitor elevator performance continuously and report any mechanical faults, unusual noises, or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Conduct routine pre-operation safety checks in compliance with established building protocols.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior experience working as an Elevator Operator, Lift Attendant, or in a customer-facing support role is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed during emergencies.
