About the Role
Our Lady & St. Francis Catholic College (OSCCO), Osogbo, an elite co-educational secondary school under the Catholic Diocese of Osogbo, is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Librarian to join our esteemed academic community in Isale Aro, Osun State. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the school library, curating educational resources, and creating a conducive learning environment that supports academic excellence and encourages a lifelong love for reading among our students.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, classify, and maintain library books, digital resources, and educational materials efficiently.
- Assist students and teaching staff in locating, selecting, and utilizing relevant research and study materials.
- Promote literacy and reading programs across the college to engage secondary school students.
- Maintain accurate records of library inventory, borrowings, and returns.
- Ensure a quiet, orderly, and conducive environment for study and academic research.
- Candidates should possess a relevant degree or professional qualification in Library and Information Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Prior working experience in a school library setting will be considered an added advantage.
