We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a brilliant and motivated Legal Practice (NYSC) Corps Member to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. This role is designed for a young legal professional eager to gain invaluable industry experience, understand the intersection of law and creative business operations, and contribute meaningfully to our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the legal department in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, contracts, and vendor partnerships.
- Conduct legal research on intellectual property, trademark laws, data privacy, and regulatory compliance relevant to the branding and creative industry.
- Maintain corporate records, monitor regulatory filings, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements with relevant Nigerian authorities.
- Provide advisory support on day-to-day operational matters, mitigating legal risks across Branda's business units.
- Collaborate with internal teams to protect company assets, proprietary methodologies, and client intellectual property rights.
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member currently serving or about to commence primary assignment in Nigeria.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution and a qualifying BL from the Nigerian Law School.
- Strong foundational knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, and commercial transactions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
