We are currently seeking a sharp, commercially aware Legal Officer to read the fine print, manage our contracts, and safeguard our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and event-related partnerships.
  • Ensure comprehensive regulatory compliance with Nigerian corporate laws, industry standards, and local authorities.
  • Provide proactive legal advice on risk management, liability issues, and intellectual property protection.
  • Maintain and update corporate governance records, legal frameworks, and internal policies.
  • Liaise with external legal counsels, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university and BL from the Nigerian Law School.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of active legal experience, preferably within corporate practice, consulting, or the events industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrated ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in contract drafting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
