We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified academic professional to join our dynamic Department of Nursing Science as a Lecturer in Nursing Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in Nursing Administration and related undergraduate courses.
- Develop, update, and review curriculum materials to ensure alignment with contemporary nursing standards and Nigerian University Commission guidelines.
- Supervise student research projects, clinical rotations, and academic progress.
- Conduct impactful research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and community outreach programs.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to nursing students to foster professional growth.
- Possess a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Nursing Administration, Nursing Education, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Current active practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and academic research within a tertiary institution.
