Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in Office Technology Management to undergraduate students across National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes.
  • Design, update, and implement comprehensive course curricula in line with national educational standards and industry requirements.
  • Conduct impactful academic and applied research in the field of office technology, secretarial studies, and modern business administration.
  • Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present papers at academic conferences and seminars.
  • Supervise student projects, industrial training, and provide academic advising and mentorship to foster student development.
  • Participate in departmental, school, and college-wide committee meetings and contribute to institutional accreditation and administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Master’s degree in Office Technology Management or a relevant discipline, supported by at least two (2) conference or seminar papers.
  • Alternatively, a good Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division in a relevant discipline, combined with at least three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, alongside two (2) conference or seminar papers.
  • Serving Assistant Lecturers who have completed at least three (3) years of satisfactory service and presented two (2) conference or seminar papers are also eligible to apply.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills tailored to modern office technology and secretarial administration.
