Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students in Estate Management and Valuation.
  • Supervise student research projects, industrial training, and academic assignments.
  • Design, update, and evaluate course curricula in line with national educational standards and industry requirements.
  • Conduct impactful research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Participate in departmental, school, and college-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
  • Mentor students and provide academic counseling to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Estate Management and Valuation or a closely related relevant discipline, accompanied by at least two (2) conference or seminar papers.
  • Alternatively, a good Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division in a relevant discipline, backed by at least three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, alongside two (2) conference or seminar papers.
  • Serving Assistant Lecturers with a minimum of three (3) years of satisfactory service and two (2) presented conference or seminar papers are also eligible to apply.
