Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Nigeria's premier higher institution, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lecturer III in Mechatronics Engineering to join our esteemed School of Engineering. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical training, and tutorials in Mechatronics Engineering for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and seminars.
- Supervise student projects, laboratory sessions, and industrial training attachments.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic administration tasks.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance to foster holistic professional growth.
- A Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a closely relevant discipline, accompanied by at least two (2) conference or seminar papers.
- Alternatively, a good Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division in a relevant discipline, backed by at least three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, plus two (2) conference or seminar papers.
- Serving Assistant Lecturers who have completed at least three (3) years of satisfactory service and presented two (2) conference or seminar papers are also eligible to apply.
